The Common Sense Transformation is a virtual nutrition and cooking course designed to completely transform your lifestyle. This is not a restrictive diet, this is not a food group elimination, this is a return to common sense. Spanning the course of a year, the program builds from the foundation up, equipping you with the skills, habits, and information you need to live a life of freedom from dieting.
